In the game of chess, you have a winner and a loser. It’s the democrats move… democracy depends on their actions and decision — coupled with the determination of morally directed U.S. Citizens.
To achieve any level of success in the upcoming “2026 Midterms”—the Democratic leadership must first consider moving away from the overt and flimsy attacks on President Trump. His new oligarch family of technology robber barons and wealthy plutocrats are prepared to crush any opponent of Trump who intends on outshining or dethroning him from the seat of power.
This wealthy group of business tycoons and technology leaders appear to thrive off of overt public criticism and challenges. They have the means to disrupt the oppositions initiatives to alter the Trumpian administration’s plans to reshape America.
So, it will be better served to keep your plans hidden until you fully amass a well-thought-out winning strategy absent the dismal emotional “disavowed anger.” A strategy that appeals to a broader electorate.
Today’s Democratic Party must exhibit more patience and use commonsense while strategizing for the upcoming midterms in 2026. They will need to grasp a deeper understanding for the pulse of the country, and take clues from Trump and Republicans.
The Trump coalition planned early, using crafty strategies specifically designed to throw democrats off-balance while organizing its “Loyal MAGA base” and winning over new constituencies from the democratic party who have become disengaged with the Democratic Party and its mission of extreme liberal policies and their sultry woke initiatives.
On one hand, Trump and the Republicans led the liberal media, democrats and their strategic teams down a trail of complete darkness where they completely lost their focus and direction. Thereby, rendering them utterly clueless as to the republican’s political intentions.
This move caused democrats to launch an emotional defensive attack on Trump and his administration using non-productive buffoonery. While on the other hand Trump and his coalition were not only connecting with their loyal base of MAGA supporters, but winning over long-time democrats who have become disenchanted with the Democratic Party.
As in the game of chess, they purposely led Democrats down a metaphoric rabbit hole—through the political “muck and mire” while they ceased to disclose the Trumpian/Republican strategy until it was too late for their adversaries (the Democrats) to compile a counter attack. The only thing democrats could come up with as a “new line of attack on Trump and Republicans was the cliché, “You’re weird” and other foolish gestures and actions likened to a child having a temper tantrum.
For example, the Democratic candidate for president (Vice President Kamala Harris)—in her forthright and magnanimous attempt to attain the oval office, errored when she offered to get “Black males” marijuana and the visual of her sitting for an interview with former NFL star Shannon Sharpe on his Club Shay Shay podcast over cognac brandy liquor.
Both of these drugs are harmful and when used together can impair neurocognitive functions in the brain. When Vice President Harris was San Francisco’s District Attorney, she oversaw 1,900 convictions related to marijuana (which was illegal at that time). Although Kamala did not herself prosecute many of the convictions or believe anyone having minor amounts of marijuana should be locked up. It was the perception and her proximity to the judgements that helped to tank her presidential campaign.
Plus, marijuana and alcohol are gateway drugs that comes with many degrading health and mental concerns, as well as addictions. Both playing a major part in destroying the Black community. I am certain Vice President Harris did not have any negative ulterior motives or conspiracy plans for “Black men.”
But again, the visual and actual effects of both substances have been overwhelmingly hurtful to Blacks, particularly, Black males. Which brings me back to the need for democratic candidates and strategists to thoroughly plan before delivering your mission, strategy and goals to the public in order to make a well focused impact.

Na Na Na Na Na Na—you can’t get me. … Republican strategists placed candidate Trump in the “Bullseye” for democrats and others to take pot shots at him, while Republicans seek rewards else where. It’s the ultimate illusion, as the Trump team planned and implemented an aggressive short and long term take over of the presidency; all three branches of the government, global foreign affairs, and the American citizens way of life. The bait and switch campaign is an effective tool to get others to come to you and act, as they—Democrats—had abandoned their own strategy by loosing focus through the Trump illusion. When this was done to Trump’s adversaries, it was no longer the Democrats, but the Republicans who had ultimately took control of the election, winning big time.
Possible Democratic plans and Strategies ...
The first thing democrats must do is acknowledge Trump won the 2024 election and that he is in the driver’s seat with an army of powerful techno-oligarchs, business tycoons, and wealthy plutocrats in his pocket.
With that understanding, the Democrats must be strategic and plan in secrecy among themselves, while building “discreet” influence among constituencies. They must re-create the Democratic brand, philosophy, and mission of the party: broadly and with commonsense strategies. A mission that must be tested along the way until daylight is seen.
Once Democrats are lock and loaded and prepared to attack, they must do so fearlessly and with unity and boldness—following through with their plan seamlessly and without deviation until victory has been achieved. Henceforth, never to take their eyes off the prize again.
Time is of the essence, as the midterm elections are scheduled for November 3, 2026. Especially as the Trump deception campaign has increased twofold.
The current shallow and unorganized protest and name calling must cease if Democrats are to secure a win in the upcoming election. It will take unrelenting loyalty and aggressive attacks based on practical political and management applications of U.S. policies and its financial resources.
The hysteria surrounding Democrats makes them appear frustrated, weak, cartoonish, and untimely in their pursuit of the Senate and the House of Representatives. There are also many gubernatorial, state, and local elections to be had, which if won, will help to win back the White House in 2028.
Democrats already know what the American citizens “think” they want in their leaders, policies, economic and social constructs. So, they must either show the American citizens another option of their own or build on the Republican model and make it better.
The newly designed plan must be practical, “non- woke,” and a confirming solutions to the Trump’s administration’s chaos and anarchy towards the American system of governance and its’ citizens.
The Democrats need to stay laser-focused and show the American people that good governmental leadership is attainable without causing division, strife or vile and destructive attacks on America’s institutions designed to help all American citizens grow and prosper. Resulting in a win, win for everyone involved.
Moreover, the Democrats and their constituents must keep in mind the remarks of late civil rights activist and politician John R. Lewis, who said, “Get in good trouble, necessary trouble and help redeem the soul of America.”
With that spirit in mind, the new—and most important, united Democratic Party must disarm and counter the Republican’s efforts to remake and destroy America, while building a sizable power base—one not so easily reversed. And at the precise time, move on their policies in a congenial but cunning fashion unbeknownst to Trump, Republicans and their loyalist.
The strategy for Democrats is to move away from superficial reactive talking points and stop coming up with these insubstantial mirrored talking points. And alternatively, embrace independent, thoughtful messaging that converges on one single issues established by the governing group of the party.
This correlated approach will add logic, strength, and solidity in defense of your newly designed brand and mission. Next, critical to the mission, Democrats must destroy the Heritage Foundation’s “Project 2025” goal to remake the U.S. into this strict religious and rigidly authoritarian government.
It’s all about gaming the other side—exploiting their system to gain advantage and favor from the American people. A group who have been spellbound by the rhetoric of Trump and his theatrical brand. In particular, his wealthy actors who charms and dazzle voters with their wealth and false commitments to do the same for them.
The time is now to attack. After the first 100 days of Trump’s “Executive Orders”—many who voted for him are frightened and seeking better options: even those who voted for change. As this administration is destroying America—day by day.
Barack obama: An advocate for younger and diverse Democratic Voices
The former President Barack Obama have attributed the problems in the U.S., and the world to “old people not getting out of the way.” He alluded that many are in office to “prop up” their own self-importance at the expense of the people.
Lessons to be learned for the Democratic Party: Democrats must view success not as an end, but as a transition. The party should begin immediately cultivating the next generation of leadership. This includes making deliberate space for newer, younger, and more diverse Democratic voices—not only in the halls of justice, but across every level of government. In other words, the Democratic Party requires an over-hall and a fresh start.
Seasoned leaders like the former President Barack Obama hopefully will take an active role in mentoring their successors, offering both guidance and making room for growth among “rank and file” politicians. To paraphrase Barack Obama, “Old people need to get out of the way and stop propping up their own self importance at the expense of the young folks.” This should be a recurring ritual and not a one-time initiative designed to empower emerging leaders. Young visionaries who will powerfully and independently carry forward the party’s vision. A vision rooted in unity, respect, progress and a deeper understanding of national and worldly diplomacy efforts.
