Who We Are
Global Presence
BUTO is a "fashion magazine and a movement" that focuses its' efforts on bringing the nation and world; as well as their respective multicultural and uniquely diverse citizenry together to live a harmonious, peaceful, and holistic life. A life absent the strife and dissension under the constant bombardment of negative stereotypes and untruths on social and in traditional media. We will fight to build bridges among all people that will reduce or eliminate today's racism, bigotry, antisemitism, violence, and the unjust systems permeating in America and throughout the world. We will replace these negatives with a more diverse, just, and equitable environment for all! It's a "Big" goal, but a necessary mission to save humanity!
A Global Leader
The Company, herein known as [BUTO Magazine or the Company] is a leading global multicultural publication seeking to expand its’ presence throughout America, the African diaspora, Europe, and the world over. We seek to bring about a positive change in the way we, the people, interact with each other by collectively working toward “World Peace” and fairness. BUTO is an inclusive communications vehicle that collect views from its reader and shares that information with the world’s diverse population. We do this to establish a free exchange of ideas, so we can better understand one another in this fast-paced, highly technological environment. A computerized ecosystem where “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Computing” threatens the way we live and work.
It is our hope to establish ourselves as the premier magazine for up-and-coming fashion influencers and enthusiast, entertainers, business moguls, and to become a positive people to people change agent for African Americans/Blacks and the multicultural world. … In addition to our creating an environment where our female customers can find the best environmentally sustainable in clothing, beauty and accessories, we also bring the latest fashion trends for men as well. Coupled with our choice of outstanding garments for both male and female, we will showcase an array of items for the home, smart healthy food ideas, and provide the best in fact-based news reporting (U.S. and Globally) that you can trust. Plus, we will host an array of live events in your neighborhood, online virtual meetings, social, political; and business discussions as well as a multitude of value-added programs and services geared to make life better for you, your family, and the community in which you reside. All while being socially, morally, and politically responsible and environmentally aware.
Responsibility
As a magazine and a “movement for positive change and uplift,” we here at BUTO magazine will be responsible for aiding in uniting people to people, partnering with our readers, subscribers, the business and political communities to expose inequities in race, diversity, multiculturalism, and the environment to reset today’s moral compass. America, world’s leaders, and their respective governments can no longer dismiss the cries of the people for real change and justice. Today’s protest and violent rage is becoming more frequent, larger in the number of participants, more violent, and economically destructive. The time for forward-thinking and change is now!
Consequently, we are using our platform to stimulate and engage readers: both [male and female] to integrate the world on a scale like never before. Thereby, reducing the need for disagreement and aggressive protest. When it comes to “some” other magazines, they tend to address and dress America by leaning more toward the “new wave” of thinking and clothing styles that’s risky as well as dangerously provocative. BUTO magazine focuses on the more traditional way of thinking and clothing our clientele — as we feel everyone require a choice and not have one style thrust upon them absent any real options, or ideas. We want to refill the void of the long-standing free market clothing choices for consumers with a more conservative, elegant and morally responsible taste in fashion. Having the understanding that every publication will be required to make money to stay alive and remain in business as well as move forward, we believe that the client, our readers’ needs come first and foremost.
At BUTO, we believe a fashion magazine will go much further as a [purpose driven publication] as opposed to one totally focused on profit at any cost. Our commitment to our internal and external customers are strengthened by us maintaining integrity in all aspects of our dealings with each other, e.g., the customer, employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and the general community where we conduct our business. When it comes to the BUTO team, everyone is responsible for the readers, subscribers, business associates, advertisers, etc., and their questions. It’s all about loyalty, quality, and respect!
Our Mission
To have all individuals seen as an important and viable source of hope — regardless of one’s socio-economic status, education, race, gender, cultural or ethnic background.
We desire to level the playing field for all people and build their self-esteem and knowledge. We have the ultimate mission to build an alliance with the men and women of BUTO and beyond for a more synergistic relationship among both individuals. We further hope our ideas lead to a better family structure, community, and a more humane America and ultimately the world – absent the violence, misogyny, bigotry, and racism.
Our Vision
The vision of BUTO magazine is to change the standard of beauty and make all women universally accepted as a real person who exudes beauty on every level. In addition to the women of the magazine, we will shine a light on the males of BUTO, who are the natural partners of women and not their enemies as some articulate. It will take both to ignite a positive change in today’s global world and elevate both to global citizen stature.
Finally, while we work to uplift our readers in a positive way, and not try to appease them for the sakes of convenience. We must be real about the issue related to their health such as obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, and other comorbidities problems, especially those plaguing the black, brown and ethnic minority communities. To prevent unnecessary illness and death, we must speak truth as uncomfortable as it maybe.
Values and Integrity Statement
The number one priority of the company will be one of inclusiveness — treating all people with respect, and integrity in all aspects of our dealings with both: external and internal customers. We will treat each other fairly and value the opinions of one another.
BUTO magazine is firmly committed to equitable treatment and elimination of discrimination in all forms throughout all organizational levels and programs emanating from the company, or those it associate with, and its affiliates’ — through joint ventures. We will respect and embrace cross-cultural diversity initiatives; traditions, heritages, and experiences which are in-line with our (BUTO’s) moral principals and standards which is to “cause no harm” to others and/or the environment.
