  • Magazine content refers to the publication’s text, copy, script(s), interview(s), data, photograph(s), photo(s), audio(s), video(s), Illustration(s), drawing(s), artwork(s), software, graphic design(s), comment(s), provided material, or any content made for publication and input in BUTO magazine and made accessible in or around our magazine. The word “Content” in this vein further mean all users content as well.
  • Magazine Eligibility: BUTO magazine is designed for individuals 18 years of age and and older. By “Subscribing, Registering, Visiting or Browsing, you agree to be of legal age (18 years of age, or older). Payments and Application Fees

Binding Individual Arbitration, and Waiver of Class Actions, and Disputes

BINDING ARBITRATION: It is agreed that you and BUTO magazine agree that all disputes will be resolved by way of binding arbitration in accordance to this agrement. THE WORD ARBITRATION, MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO A TRAIL BY JUDGE AND JURY IN A COURT OF LAW THROUGH LEGAL PROCEEDINDS, THEREBY HAVING YOUR GROUNDS FOR APPEAL BEING LIMITED IF NOT WIPED AWAY COMPLETELY. IT IS ALSO AGRED THAT IN THE EVENT OF BINDING ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT IT WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE ANERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION OF NEW JERSEY, A ERCOGNIZED ARBITRATION AUTHORITY. iT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT THE ARBITRATOR WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DIRECT, INTERPRET, AND ENFORCE ALL ASPECTS OF THE ARBITRATION UNTIL A DECISION IS MADE ON BEHALF OR BOTH OR ONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS.

WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATION: It is agreed that you and BUTO magazine agree to that both: You and BUTO magazine, and or its employees, and its affiliates can bring only an individual dispute aganist one another in the event of a causation/legal matter which may arise between the parties, or one part of the parties in a complaint.

Notice of Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Please be aware, in the event of a particular and/or various legal disputes laid out and discussed during Arbitration between (you) and (us) will be resolved by the individual and binding arbitration between both (you) and (Us-BUTO magazine). You also agree to waive your rights to participate in a class-wide arbitration or class action law suit involving BUTO magazine and/or, its employees, or its affiliates. It is further agreed that by purchasing a produce, subscribing, registering for any aspect of the Magazine, or either browsing, visiting, using or accessing the Service, you thereby consent to be bound by the “Terms and Conditions” of the Service. If you do not agree with these terms and Conditions, you must not access in any manner the Magazine or any of its services.

Copyright and Trademark Protection

Copyright Complaints: In the event of a copyright or Trademark breach, as we are respectful of intellectual property, please contact the Service immediately so we can investigate and remove any such infringement immediately.
